PBR Schedule Privacy Policy: Cookies, Logs & External Links

This policy explains the limited information involved when you use PBR Schedule, save a timezone, play an external video, comment on an article or contact the independent site.

Reviewed September 19, 2026

Privacy at a glance

PBR Schedule is a read-focused event planning tool. An optional Google sign-in is available only for blog comments. The site does not accept ticket payments or request precise device location. The current site configuration does not load advertising or third-party analytics scripts.

No PBR account or payment data

This independent guide cannot see credentials, subscriptions, ticket orders, card information or data held by PBR, a venue, ticket seller or broadcaster. Optional blog sign-in uses a Google account and is separate from any PBR account.

A timezone preference stays in your browser

When you select a timezone, the site stores the choice in a first-party cookie and local storage so later pages can show useful local times.

External services apply their own policies

Opening a ticket, map, broadcaster, event or social link takes you to another operator. Its privacy terms apply after you leave this site.

Information handled when you use the schedule tools

The site uses only the information needed to deliver pages, remember essential preferences and protect normal operation.

Timezone cookie and local storage

The pbr-timezone cookie can remain for up to one year. Local storage can keep the same timezone choice. These values contain a timezone name, not GPS coordinates or a street address.

Temporary session storage

The browser may temporarily remember interface state, such as selected standings comparisons or whether automatic timezone setup was attempted. Session storage normally ends when the browser session is cleared.

Routine server logs

Hosting and security logs may record an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information, referring page and technical error details. They are used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.

Optional blog comments

If you sign in with Google to comment, the site receives the account identifier, verified email address, display name and profile image supplied for sign-in. Published comments show the display name, profile image when available, comment text and date; the email address is not displayed. Comments may be held for review or removed.

Videos, tickets, maps and other third-party services

Event pages can link to external event services and may offer an optional video. A YouTube privacy-enhanced iframe is created only after you choose to play an embeddable video; YouTube may then receive technical request information under its own policy.

You control whether a video loads

A thumbnail or play button does not by itself load the video player. Avoid playing the video if you do not want your browser to connect to YouTube.

Purchases happen elsewhere

Ticket and streaming links open external services. PBR Schedule does not receive the password or payment details you submit there.

Advertising and analytics changes

Advertising and third-party analytics are disabled in the current configuration. This notice must be revised before either is enabled or the site's data practices materially change.

Your privacy choices and questions

You can remove the pbr-timezone cookie and this site's local or session storage in your browser settings. You can also avoid external links, decline to play embedded video and browse without signing in to comment. For a privacy or comment question, use the contact page and include the relevant URL.

Correction messages

If a contact address is available and you send a message, the site receives the details you choose to provide and uses them to review and respond to the request. Send only what is necessary.

Comment and account questions

Use the contact page if you want to ask about a comment or the information connected with optional comment sign-in. Include the article URL and enough detail to identify the request without posting private information publicly.

Policy updates

The reviewed date identifies this version. Material changes to collection, advertising, analytics or user-facing features should be reflected here before or when they take effect.

PBR Schedule privacy questions

Plain answers about the data used by this independent schedule tool.

Does PBR Schedule know my precise location?

No precise-location permission is requested. A timezone selection is a general display preference and does not provide GPS coordinates.

Can PBR Schedule see my ticket or streaming account?

No. Purchases, logins, billing and subscriptions are handled by the external provider you choose to visit.

How do I remove the saved timezone?

Clear cookies and site data for this website in your browser. You can continue browsing, although times may return to the site's default timezone until you choose another one.

Do I need to sign in to use PBR Schedule?

No. Schedules, results, standings, viewing guides and articles are available without signing in. Google sign-in is optional and is used only when you choose to post a blog comment.
